    Default Fiancee Visa

    Hi I"m from Florida and in august 08 my girlfriend came to the usa.on visiting visa.was clear by the immgration officer and then when to declear her loggars in her bags they found documents included marride wow and job papers. they imedately concel her visa
    on send her back to jamaica on write in pastport 212a (7) (A) i I can you
    please tell me what this mean? and can you tell me if it will be problem getting her back on fiancee visa? and how soon I can start the process.thanks

    It sounds like they cut her a break - that is, it sounds like rather than accusing her of attempting to enter on the basis of fraud, or removing or deporting her, they classified her as an immigrant attempting to enter without the required documentation and permitted her to withdraw her application to enter. If that's the case, it presents no impediment to her applying for a proper visa. You can apply whenever you get around to it.
