Default How to Avoid Serving 85% of Sentence

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oklahoma
My husband pled guilty to trafficing under the dirrection of his attorney because he said the 85% would not apply to him.So he got 20 years and now he is in Lexington A&R and they are saying he has to do 85% of his sentence before getting out.He is 65 years old,how can we fix this? What is a sentence reduction?or Post conviction relief? or can he appeal this? With that much time he might as well tried to beat it in court with trial. He was not represented properly. Is there anything we can do?Please respond....
