Default Assault Weapon Possession After a Ban

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

So i'm wondering if Obama gets elected into office and passes an assault weapon ban which bans possession of weapons based on cosmetic appearance or an item I own before the law comes into effect, what are my legal obligations?

For example, I own a number of weapons that were previously banned based on the following features in 1994 but expired in 2004

    a Galil 5.56 x 45
contains the following features that would be banned in 1994
    Detachable magazine (35 rounds)
    Bayonet Lug
    Folding Stock
    Pistol Grip
    Removeable flash hider

    a Czech VZ-58
    Banned features
    30 round magazine
    pistol grip

    Romanian AK47 clone (Civilian Guard)
    Forward assist grip
    30 round magazine
    100 round chinese drum magazine
    underfolder stock
    pistol grip
    bayonet lug

Now in the event these weapons were banned based on features, would I be obligated to turn them into the police or destroy them? Could I claim that the 2nd amendment gives me the right to have them if these weapons are banned in the future? If certain features were banned like in 1994 with no grandfather clause, does this mean I would have to toss my 30 round magazines and use 10 round magazines, ground off my bayonet lugs, remove the folding stocks and add a full stock and get rid of the pistol grip or would it be constitutional to ban possession of my weapons based on name or the gas system used?

Your obligations will be whatever this theoretical law requires you to do.

We're not psychics and thus cannot tell you what theoretical future laws will require, and, beyond that, so far there's no reason to believe Obama's considering any form of "assault[-style] weapon ban".
