My son in law has been ordered deported, not by voluntary deportation, he is currently detained and is waiting for his appeals hearing.. If deported can he never come back or if so when can he .. Also he is leaving behind a wife of eleven years and 2 sons, one with a learning disability. Her income alone is below poverty level and she will certainly lose the home they are buying. Even her job compromised because she worked in the evening, so he would take care of the children while she was at work. Child care would be too much to pay with that income. Does any of this qualify for extreme hardship?
Thankyou from california
