    Default Flight Risk?

    My question involves an outstanding warrant in Ca. all i want to know is if i can still fly anywehere in the US? do airlines or aiport security do background checks? how do i know if i am in the flight risk list?? please help

    Yes you can fly. No background checks if you show your US issued passport or state issued ID.

    You will not be checked for a warrant when you fly. And you will not be on any no fly list.

    I assume you do not have a serious warrant, just one for a traffic violation as you posted under MOVING VIOLATIONS

    i have a misdeamenor charge, my warrant is for not showing up in court which i didnt know i have. I want to take care of it but im scared that theyll just stop me at the airport and take me to jail.

    You will NOT be checked for a warrant when you fly. Just show your Passport or State ID and you will board the plane.

    You will not have a problem at the airport.
