Emancipation Help Please

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: canada



im fifteen and my parents just found out my friends smoke weed, i do not smoke weed or any drugs , my marks are better then ever in school, i play on provincial soccer teams and city teams too. I do not do drugs at all but my parents jsut banned me from seeing all my friends.

But my old best friends smokes weed too and my parents only care about my other friends which makes no sence because they just get mad when i argue that it is unfair.


i just want to be legally aloud to do what i want within reason. Im not asking to be completely free but i want it so that i can choose when i would come home and who i hang around with. Any advice??? pleasee!

But, are you really prepared to stand in front of a judge and say, "I want to be emancipated so that I can hang out with my friends that do drugs."?

Or "I am 15 and want to do what I want with whom I want!!"

Hell kid, you didn't even mention if you had a job or a place to live.
