Default Company Knowingly Selling Faulty Tires

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: N.Y.

I was recently emloyed by a Tire manufacturer in N.Y.
    My job title was Sales/P.R.
I started noticing that I was recieving calls from customers about the TIRES having catastrophic failures(i.e, tread seperations, explosions)
When I spoke out about these problems,My "position" at the company was eliminated and I was subsequenlty "offered a lesser job".

How do I go about filing suit against this Company,as they are still producing and selling these faulty tires without the consumers knowledge?

You can report defective tires to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Talk to a plaintiff-side employment lawyer to see if you have a claim. But given that you made no official complaint to a government or regulatory agency about defective tires, I doubt it.
