    Default Annulment

I filed for an annulment while my *husband* was out of state. He came back to the state the following week and is living about two and a half hours away in another county. He'd agreed to come to town (his grandparents live here) and to see a mutual friend who'd I'd given the paperwork to so he could be *served*. He came today and basically harrassed me about the few things left at the house, but never did stop to get the paperwork. Then later I check my email, and he's saying I've got 21 days to get him served, or HE can then file and have ME served? Is this true. If so, does anyone know HOW I can go about serving him by mail since he seems to just want to procrastinate getting this done. I'm thinking this might just be some way for him to gain control of the situation since I wouldn't see him at all when he came to my job to harass me, and then when I got off and he showed up with the cops they made him wait in the driveway (where he couldn't see anything) and THEY brought the few things he had here out to him. I think he thought they would MAKE me speak to him, or let him in the house or something....PLEASE HELP :x

    Default Annulment

If you filed an annulment lawsuit, it is your duty to have him served. Consider hiring a process server and having him served in person.

What would he have you served with?
