Default Statute of Limitations for Debit Card Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: WA

If 10 years ago I found a debit card with the PIN written on it & used that to withdraw $1000 then the ATM took the card, could I still be charged now? I've recently been fingerprinted with clear results by the FBI & have a clean state record but have to do a state fingerprint check next. If I used that card, my prints may have be on it.

    The stupidity of youth.
