    Default Parents Said "Get Out"

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arizona

My girlfriend/fiance is 3 years younger than me which makes her 16 and me 19 we have been together for 3.5 years and we love each other unconditionally. Her parents don't like me anymore because I used to be Bisexual/Gay. They wouldn't care if I was straight because the age isn't that big of a distance. But since they don't like me they once told her to GET OUT and to call me to come pick her up. Her parents were lying. *She isn't gonna runaway or move in with me* but the question I have which for some reason triggers me to ask. Lets say she had a voice recorder or a video recorder and recorded them saying "get out of my house now" and then she left and came to my house and they called the cops. Now since her parents said "Get Out" would I get in any trouble for taking her in? But remember they said "Get out of my house now" they kicked her out she had no where to go she choose my house what can I do if that happens? (Remember I said it's not happening but what if it did?)

If we could answer hypothetical questions, we'd be down at the casino at the blackjack table.

As long as she's an unemancipated minor, the words "come back" trump any prior expression of "get out".

Even if she has it recorded.

    I mean, really...

Do you think you could play a tape recording to a cop with her parents standing there and it would trump what they want?

    Are you stupid?

Don't be rude! It's just a question they have said it to her. Also it's a recording did you forget recordings don't lie. It's obvious I shouldn't have chosen "expert law" for help on this question everyone here except one person is DUMB!

No, you wanted to record it so that you and the minor could live the way you wanted and play it any time anyone came to get her.

"See", you would say, "they told her to get out! No takesy backsies!!!"

And you would be wrong. First, that isn't legally binding. They CAN'T, by law, throw her out. Second, the RECORDING isn't legally binding. Third, parents are allowed to change their minds...

You know... kinda like "You can go out with this grown man... now you can't."
