    Default DV/Theft Charges

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

2 years ago me and my boyfriend got in a fight and I was arrested for DV theft since I had his phone in my car. I was given one year probation and asked to take DV classes. I started the probation but then had to move out of state. I've been gone for 2 years but want to come home and take care of this. I spoke with my P.O. for a min and all she said was to go to a bail bonds office and turn myself in. I would like to know what may happen once I do this? Please help

We really can't answer that. You may be fined. You may end up in jail. There's no way for us to tell you for certain.

It would be in your best interests to retain counsel to help you with this situation.
