    Post Service Collection Without Contract

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: CA

A company in Atlanta is sending me to collections for invoices for services I did not agree, and there was no contract for.

They have NO SIGNED documents or identifying personal information such as drivers license or credit card scan.

Usually Debt collection is for medical and loans. Companies that have ALL the information about you including SS#. This company does not even have an accurate address on file.

Do I have any grounds to fight it or protection using the Debt Collection laws?

    Thanks
