    Default H1B Transfer

    Hi,

    I am in CA
    I worked for Company A for 1 yr and then moved to Company B. Now Company A wants to rehire me. I transferred my H1B to Company B. Can I start working for Company A without transferring my H1B again since I already have a valid petition with them or do I still need to do the transfer?

    As long as Company A didn't cancel your work authorization, you can go back to Company A.
