    Default Divorce in Canada

I came to Canada with the spouse from Ukraine. About 2 years later being Canadian residents we got divorce in Ukrainian embassy. We both Canadian citizens now and both used term "divorced" for any applications/forms/official documents.
I would like to remarry now. Will my Ukrainian divorce be acceptable by Canadian officials or I need top go through divorce procedure again?

    Default Ukranian Divorce

Canada should respect your Ukranian divorce judgment. But you may want to make sure you have a physical, certified copy of the judgment, with a certified translation attached, handy just in case any questions come up.
