    Default Written Agreements

My question involves a roommate in the State of: minnesota

if you have written agreements and your roommate breaks terms and conditions what can you do? we have many written agreements that have to do with rent/personal property/etc

my roommate has broken all of them and has intent to do it again...like late, like turning in his rent late or whenever he "feels like it"

    Default Re: Written Agreements

It depends upon what the written agreement says, and what they do. We're not psychic here - if you don't tell us what happened, we can't know what happened.

Often your 'remedy' is to end your roommate arrangement at the end of your tenancy, and to be more careful picking roommates in the future.
