Default Ex is Taking Me to Court a Second Time for Being Late on My Payment Agreement

Been divorced in PA for 3 years, during divorce I signed an agreement to continue to pay my half of a bill consolodation loan that was taken out during our marriage in his name...Yes I paid ONE of my credit cards off from this loan...
I was under severe stress and pressure during the divorce (he divorced me) and agreed to continue to pay one half of the monthly installment for this loan (150.00)...
I feel behind last year by one month and he immediately took me to court and tried to make me pay additional attorney fees on top of my payment that I owed him..I hired an attorney that worked out a resolution with his attorney and we settled out of court...
One year later and I have fallen behind again (only 32 days) and I just received papers again as he is taking me to court again..I cannot afford to pay for an attorney this time to represent me again....

I do not know what to do...
Ever since the divorce I have had nothing but problems with him and I don't know what to do about it...
I told him I will send what I can but he will only have his attorney handle it and doesn't want to hear from me...

    Any suggestions?
Can they come to my work and arrest me as I just started a new job at a really good company and am not making what I use to..but I am afraid they will arrest me if I don't follow through with the court and I can't afford an attorney right now..

    Thanks kindly..

Pay the bill on time, as you promised and as the court ordered.

He keeps taking you to court because you keep violating your court agreement and it's affecting his credit. I don't mean to offend, but he could easily make the argument that the "problem child" in this situation is you.

    Any suggestions?
If, for any reason at all, you're going to be even one day late, you need to contact the attorney and let him know why, and when you plan to make the payment, and then you need to stick to that.

You won't be arrested for having a debt, but if you skip court, a warrant may be issued for failure to appear. You'd do well to show up for court with payment in hand.

Thank you...But I can't afford his payment of 150.00 a month let alone the now 1500.00 that he is taking me to court for that and more which also includes attorneys fees...
so I don't understand how I will be able to even come up with that ...and I surely don't understand how any person can expect me to magically come up with that amount of money (1500.00) in 10 days that has been requested...

There hasn't been a court date set yet but the attorney is presenting it to the judge tomorrow and I do not know if that means I have to be present or not...

    Thank you for your honesty...
