My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Nevada. [Edit: I am 16 years of age]
---
Father moving away to another country, mother in dishevel, (Drinking, doesn't have her own place, etc).
Father is moving away in just over a month, there is no issues regarding abuse, or anything such as that, good relationships between both of my parents, simply - my mother can''t support me, and my father is going to be thousands of miles away.
As such, in order to better be able to support myself (Being able to hold the title to my vehicle, open a bank account, etc) Emancipation seems the right way to go, considering it will be endorsed by my father, and I will be living away from him, will be completing high school, and will be able to support myself, I see no reason why I should run into any difficulty.

How do I go about beginning the emancipation process?
And is there anything I should know regarding the process? My father will not be in the country, but I can in fact serve him a notice before he leaves, will that be sufficient?
Thank you!
