Default Giving up their parental rights over me

I am 17 years old, I turn 18 in four months but I don't think I can wait four months. I live with my aunt and uncle in Georgia. My uncle has custody over me and my three sisters and he is fine its just my aunt is a control freak. She controls everything I do. I have no social life because she wont let me hang out with my friends, which I could maybe have understood a year in half ago because I got in some minor trouble but I've changed. I dont talk on the phone with anyone because she records my phone conversations. Ive got a place to go when I move out and a job lined up for me. All I need it to get my uncle to sign away is parental rights over me. How can I do this? I need help!!!

Default Getting Permission to Move Out

You don't really need anything signed - you just need permission to move out.

I'm not sure if it is legal in Georgia, but one thing you should probably check into is if it is legal for you to move out without permission at 17. I recently moved out of my mother's home after contacting Family Court to see if the rumor was true, and sure enough it was. I have been out of the home for a week, and emancipation is my next step.
