If I Am 17 and Got Kicked Out and Have No Job Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Virginia

Im 17 in a half and my mom has primary custody of me but she kicked me out of the house and told me not to come back.....But the only problem i have is i dont have a juob so am i able to get emancipated if i get a job and have a job before my court date????

You cannot get emancipated without a job. Or some form of income. Emancipation means that you are able to support yourself.

Unless you are independently wealthy, don't even bother trying for emancipation before you have not only a job, but a job that will pay all of your living expenses.
