There are questions of jurisdiction here we can't address. It isn't clear that your "wife" has any connection with Ohio at all. If she does not, Ohio can grant you a divorce but cannot resolve other issues such as the division of your marital estate (such as it is) unless she consents to Ohio's jurisidction, or appears and doesn't object to jurisdiction.
I do not have any property to divide. I am student and pretty much have $0 bank balance, with no assets whatsover. If I get this marriage annuled/divorced, she can't come after what I accumulate AFTER the annulment/divorce. Is that correct?
