Default Item Sold at the Wrong Price

I've recently payed for a yearly internet connection access. Credit card was used for the payment and an extra charge of 2% should have been added to the debited price because of 'their' rules. Now they realized that the 2% was not included in the charged price and they ask me to pay the unpaid amount. Should I pay for their mistake?

You were aware of the 2% surcharge and you agreed to pay it. That they neglected to charge you does not excuse you from paying it.
