Michigan Emancipation Law

Yes Flint Michigan I do have a full time job and an apartment with a roomate right now i also have my car and license and i have been doing this since i was 16 and i know it helps if i got a job and a vehicle but why i need to get Emancipated is so that way i can go ahead and get my own apartment...

Are you asking why you would need to be emancipated? Or how to emancipate yourself?

i was wondering if i can emancipate myself and what i need to do to be able to get emancipated and like am i going to have to prove to the courts i can do it?

To be emancipated in Michigan, absent a circumstance which automatically results in emancipation (such as marriage or active duty service in the armed forces), you would have to convince a court you are able to support yourself, and are capable of managing your financial and social affairs. Michigan's emancipation statutes are available online.
