My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: NJ

I am a 19 year old black male working for a major entertainment company. I have been working there for about 7 months. A new manager was recently hired and I discovered that he is gay. I have always been uncomfortable working there, as the past three managers were also gay. Even though I felt uncomfortable I stayed at this job because I never had a problem with them until now. I have never been sexually harassed at the job until this point. Well I recently put in my two weeks notice, because I was getting less hours than employees who just started working there, and of course I didn't agree with that. When I told my manager I wanted to leave, he offered to keep me on call in case no other employees were available. I accepted because I really do need all the money I can get. Now I just want to add that before I gave my two weeks notice, he asked me if he could pay me to download and burn gay porn for him multiple times. I have not done this for him. So about a week ago, it was just he and I in the backroom of the store and he proceeded to ask me sexual questions. To make a long story short, he asked me how "big I was", he pulled out a ruler to attempt to measure, and he also offered me $20 to see my dick. He then asked me if I could send him pictures through the phone and also described sexual acts he would do. So for about a week, he has been calling my cell phone multiple times, asking if I want to drink alcohol with him at his house. Not to mention I am only 19 and he is in his mid 30's. What I want to know is if I can file a lawsuit against the company because it pretty much is just my word against his. Also, the company has never reviewed its sexual harassment guidelines with me since I've been employed there. I would appreciate any advice on the matter asap. Thank You.
