    Default Officers Filing of Ticket Time Frame

    My question involves traffic court in the State of: Washington. I have requested and received discoveries.I am curious about how long the officer has to file his information with the court clerk in Pierce County Wa.

    Do you mean the original notice of infraction, or are you thinking that officer has a duty to respond to a discovery request?

    In general, a notice of infraction must be filed within 5 days of issuing it.

    What specifically is it listed under in the courts web site as I did not have any luck finding it.Also,is it 5 days from infraction including weekends or more like bussiness days.You see I really have no defense and Im trying to have the law find in favor of me due to the laws they made and want me to abide by as should they.Thank you again for your superb web site and Im telling everyone about it.
