My question involves child support in the State of: New York but the father resides in Michigan
In New York I can access the New York State Department of State
State Child Support Enforcement Warrant Notice System
Does the State of Michigan have such a database, and is it accessible online?
My son's father is severly behind in his child support payments and I am not getting any assistance from the Niagara County Department of Child Support Enforcement.
I do not know where to turn. The last child support payment I recevied from my son's father was a $50 payment over three years ago, and that was sent to me via the Friends of the Court in Montcalm County Michigan.
I have tried contacting them but they told me I have to contact the local child support agency here, and that did not work, because no one there will assist me.
What do I do? I even have the warrant information numbers on this person, but have no way to see if it is or has been enforced.
