I have a question... if a 19 year old is talking to a 16 year old and they're separated by states and it becomes a federal case. What exactly kind of evidence they need to convict the 19 year old guy. What if the talks between them for example: the girl says "think of me when you're in the shower"... i mean is that enough? Cuz I know a friend going through this situation, and he hasn't been convicted or arrested of anything yet... but that line itself shouldn't incriminate him because those words could be interpreted as think of me in a good way.... because she didn't go into detail.
