    Default F1 Student Charged With Theft

    Hi,

    Here the charges is for Store theft!!!and it is fifth degre...and the state was Ohio!!!
    I am in Diversion Prgram and will complete in this november(Exact after 6 moths of case start!!!).
    And they will discharge my charge on that day in november.
    But still my case will sealed after 6 months of it means in May 2009.
    So can i travel in december to april out of USA? And can the USA will allowed me to come back in @ Airport?
    Please reply me.

    Unfortunately we're not psychics. We can't predict the future, and any time you choose to break the laws of your host nation you put your status at risk.

    That said, with the disposition you describe, I don't think you'll have a problem with reentry. Just be sure you are honest at the border - some people find themselves turned away with lengthy periods of ineligibility to return because they lied about something that wouldn't of itself have prevented reentry.
