Foreclosure on Inherited Home - Stepfather Will Not Pay for or Leave

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Ohio
My mother willed me her home in which my stepfather will not leave. I've given him 1 1/2 years to leave and I recently found out that he hasn't paid a dime on the mortgage so now it's under foreclosure. I am the executor of the estate and responsible for the debt I know this but my question is how can I get him to leave the property so I can modify the loan and save my Mother's legacy?

Why have you been neglecting your duties as executor, first to wrap up the estate and distribute its assets, and second to pay its debts, for the past 1-1/2 years?

Do your job, get the estate closed, and if our stepfather still won't leave you can take advantage of your newly established status as title owner and evict him.

Its your house, you've given him a yr and a half to find a place and then your complaining about him not paying the mortgage. This problem is 100% a direct result of you not doing your job as exeuctor of her estate. Why would he pay the mortgage? He doesn't get the house. Looks like the bank beat both of you to evicition.
