    Default Lasvicious molestation

A freind, a Liscensed massage therapist of seven years with no prior complaints and excellent reputation, has been accused of lasvicious molestation involving a client over 18 years of age. The session was given in a private room at a hotel spa. There are no witnesses or any other physical evidence- Just "He said, She said." The cilent admits to not commenting or stopping the spa service which was schedualed for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Only positive feedback was given. The accusation is that genitals and breasts were touched. Therapist denys charges. Is there a strong enough case to press charges? How far can the accuser push this? Does this hold up well if they try to sue the hotel?

    Default Molestation during massage

"He said, she said" doesn't stop criminal charges from being filed. Your friend should consider consulting a criminal defense attorney.

it can happen! If the grand jury accepts the case your friend will be charged. It doesn't matter if it happened or not, if someone says it did and has a reasonable complaint the case may be accepted.
