My question involves criminal law for the state of: California. I have been released on formal probation for the charges of commercial burglary and theft. I am homeless and jobless and have no resources to call on in CA.. I have a home and my entire family waiting for me to return to Tennessee. I have absolutely no connection to Orange County, CA. except for the time I've spent in jail. My P.O. has already violated me one time for not having a place to live, and it seems inevitable that this may happen again due to the lack of resources available to me. I want to just leave and head back to Tennessee but not if they will extradite me back as a result of violating by my leaving the jurisdiction. Can anyone give me a accurate answer as to whether they will bring me back to CA. if I leave? I'm desperate for a solution. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
