    Default Maximum Reasonable Rent Increase

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Arkansas

How much would be considered the maximum reasonable rent increase amount (percentage)? I want to increase my tenants' rent, but want to make sure I'm within the law. It's month-to-month.

Why do we instruct people not to respond to their own threads, again? Oh yes....

I'm not aware of any "industry standard". Perhaps lill will share a source.
