My question involves emancipation laws for the State of:

can i still get emancipated if my Grandparents have cusdity of me?...

how would go about getting emancipted if my dad is in jail and my mother is on drugs?..

So; can you pay for rent, food, clothing, utilities, medical care, transportation, school fees and supplies, internet connection, cell phone, shampoo, shoes, and all the other basics, while simultaneously going to school and getting better grades than your spelling and punctuation suggest you currently get? THAT is what will determine if you can be emancipated, not the sins of your parents.
