    Default Shootin' at Tresspassers

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas/Tejas

I gotta question. I have a bunch of punks comin' on my property. They got no business here!! I tried calling the cops, but they wont do anything (figures). Would it be illegal to fire a couple warning shots in the air?

NNNOOOOOO you cant do that here in Texas. You can NOT fire a firearm in the air, at kids (or anyone else) who are not causing danger to your life. Hunting durring season is allowed, however, hunting children is NOT what they meant.

They can also say you shot AT THEM, children can have imaginations. Be smart, unload your gun, put it in your gun safe and go outside and give the kids a good ol texas hollarin at LOL.

Really, I do not want to see you arrested and have to stand trial for attempted murder.

Go find that prostitue instead that you spoke about in Banter and see if you are able to come up with that STIFF one that you have been lacking the last 5 years

CORRECT you can NOT shoot your gun within city limits. You need a hunting permit. Hunting drug dealers IS NOT covered under any city permit that I have ever seen.

Hey, I live next door to a pharmacist LOL, ok, shutting up now

See? where do you draw the line? He is a drug dealer too. (legal) but still

Do you know what they are selling?

    Cocaine? crack? pot?

    OR

Are they selling RX medications? I would not mind making a trip 80 miles away if they are dealing in RX meds. Its my job afterall
