So I bought GoMotorboard 2000X electric scooter (now called Roth Motor Company) from an liqudator on ebay (at the time I had bought it the 2000X model had already gone out of manufacturing I believe). The scooter has a one year warranty. It worked perfectly fine for about 2 weeks, and then suddenly it stopped working.

I first contacted the person I got it from on ebay and he said that all warranty issues were to go through the company. I went on the website and called the number listed. When you call it automatically leads to an answering machine. I left all my information and reason why I called NUMEROUS times with no response. I also sent over 25 emails requesting assitance but still no response whatsoever. I even followed the format that is laid out on their website.

I filed a complaint to them with the Better Business Bearu (even though they are not a BBB company) and thats all the action Ive done against them so far (and that doesnt do much).

I gave up for a couple of months and finally had it repaired. The repairs cost me $40. The guy repairing said that it was faulty factory wiring. The wires were not attached right, melted, and the charge could not go through. He fixed it and it worked great.

Now I notice after a couple of months of using it that the battery life is severely affected

My question is what actions can I take in order to have the company repair or replace my scooter? I have owned the scooter since March so I still have my one year warranty (technically)...Help Please!

THANK YOU
