    Exclamation PA Statute Of Limitations

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: pennsylvania

I was in court today for a domestic relations matter. I resolved the matter and was then asked a few more questions by the judge. After answering these questions I was informed I had an outstanding bench warrant for a matter that happened 10 years prior. The charges on the matter where burglary(kickin in an ex's door), harassment and criminal mischief. Didn't the statute of limitations on this matter run out?

Nope. There are no SOL on warrants. You don't appear, a warrant is issued and it remains in effect until you're picked up, turn yourself in, or are caught by the judge during a hearing on a different matter.
