Is It Possible Fo Me to Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washington
I need to know if it is at all possible under my circumstances. I am 16 and I dont yet have a job nor am I passing school. But I must get out of my house. I am currently living with my mother and her boyfriend. I am tired of never being able to count on them. My boyfriend and I are planing all of this out. We have a plan for our finacial conditions and our schooling. I just need to know if it will be possible for us to be able to support eachother?

If you do not have a job and are not passing school, you are not a candidate for emancipation (which is about SELF support, not someone else partially or fully supporting you).
