What Do I Do to Be Emancipated?

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: kansas
I am almost seventeen and currently living with my parents, but its not a stable enviornment. My boyfriend and i would like to get married and get a place soon but my parents wont let me. What do i do?

There is no state where a minor under the age of 18 can be married without permission.

Nor will any judge consider "my parents won't let me get married" as a valid reason to emancipate a minor.

What can you do? You can wait till you turn 18.

My name is virginia and I live in california. I have an 16 year old son that wants to move out when he turns 17. My son has very poor grades in school and so he does not have a job. Sinces he wants to move out next year, and he thinks that he is grown, do I have him emancipate himself from me so I am not legaly financial for him??(meaning medical,dental,vision,etc?)But his biological father and myself are no longer married and haven't been since85, but he has a court order to pay child support, do I have that stopped also??His father is not in the picture except for the garnished support. Will my son need his permission also?? Also would he be able to move out this year?? He is 16. stressed out mom

You will have to convince a judge that he can manage an emancipation.

I am just not seeing it.
