    Default What Happens Now

    My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: pa. went to my wc dr. wed. he said he was going to write a letter to my job that i will not be able to return to work. what happens now

    You might want to go over here for advice about WC.

    They're mostly injured workers who have been navigating the system for a long time, and are very knowledgeable and supportive.

    This document (PDF) provides a summary of your rights and benefits. Your benefits may differ depending upon whether you have been deemed totally disabled from all work, or just from returning to the job you formerly occupied (while remaining capable of returning to other employment).
