Contact the CPS and report any of your problems.

I dont know if CPS will do anything, but that is very sad. I am sorry you are being treated that way.

They can be strict. I used to have strict parents and I have experienced this a lot!

That is neglect because they don't provide you freedom to the outside world such as doing sorts of activities or in what you want.

Contact a law firm who deals with verbal abuse or the CPS and tell them about your problem.
So it is neglect if parents don't "provide you freedom to the outside world " or let you do "what you want".

    Really?

No. Every parent restricts freedom and prevents kids from doing what they want.

No lawyer will touch this with a ten foot pole. They really hate to get laughed out of court.

if you're gay then you've had underage sex.

My son came home with a guy wearing girls jeans and makeup and I almost freaked out-until I found out he was in an emo band. I don't know how I would react but it wouldn't be nice.

Real life isn't like TV, people don't go "Well, that's nice we'll support you." I know guys in their 40s who still hide it from their parents. So I just wonder how much of this story we're getting.
This is extremely ignorant. Being gay no more implies having sex than being straight implies it. Sexuality is an assertion of one's sexual identity, not an indictment on his/her promiscuity.

This says a lot more about your issues than anything else.

People like you are one of the reasons that a leading cause of death for gay youth is suicide.

    Really?

I am not being snarky. What are the statistics for this?

Roughly a third to a half of gay youth will attempt suicide. The success rates are likely, roughy equal to success rates of other groups. The overall relative percentage will be greatly higher because the attempt rate is so much higher than their non-gay counterparts.

These are all estimates because we don't know true proportions to the general population of the gay statistic. And death certificates don't account for the sexual identify of the deceased. It's not listed among vital statistics.

Banter between us aside, you're definitely right about this one. One might as well say that anyone with pets automatically means they're into bestiality. Where does some of this thinking come from???

(I'm still going to come at you with the smart aleck remarks in the other thread though
