My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: FLORIDA
hi ive worked for a company for almost three years and everybody has taken thier vacation even people that has only worked there for a year now they are telling me that i have to wait 3 years to get a vacation . i dont understand how they could give people that has worked there shorter period of time than me get vacation and they have the same position as me is there any laws in fl that could help me
also
they have given people raises and not me . is there a law saying how long in a company before you get a raise because wont give me one
and its not because of my performance or hence i wouldnt have been working there for so long.
