    Default Shoplifting Detaining Law

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arkansas

For someone to detain you for shoplifting, don't they have to 1. see you take the item from the shelve. 2. Have video or a witness of seeing you concealing the item 3. Keep an eye on them for the remainder of the time in the store to make sure they didn't get rid of the item.

To make a stop they generally have to follow those rules right? Stop as in take you to the ground and handcuff you.

Also if I bought something and I have the receipt and I walk out and the side door thing goes off doesn't mean i have to stop right? I'm not a sheep. I payed for my item and if THEY failed to deactivate it. then oh well, I guess I own an item that is still active. And if they grab me and I have done NOTHING wrong and prevent me from leaving the store then that has to be considered kidnapping.
