Question Statute of Limitation for Grand Theft

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I want to know what is the statute of limitation for grand theft in Ca. Also if charged, what would be the sentence or outcome. Would it be a felony? Would the money have to be paid back?

Has a warrant for your arrest been issued?

Grand theft IS a felony but they could drop it down to be punished as a misdemeanor should they choose to (likely as a plea). The SOL is generally three years. The sentence would depend on the specific offense(s) charged. More than likely, the money would have to be paid back.
