Question What is Normally Needed to File Contempt?

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Virginia

In my order it has specific additions which are:

NCP's GF (and it specifies her by name) cannot be present during the hours of 9pm until 7am during overnight visits.

There is to be no cigerette smoking of any kind around child during visits.

[/B]Child cannot have contact with (specific person- the NCP's sister in law) during father's visits.[/B]

Now all three of these orders are being ignored. My questions are:
What type of proof do I need to file?
What happens when these are proved?
Can I ask for my legal fees and any fees incrued to prove this if I he is found in contempt of this order?

The best proof will be reliable witnesses who can testify in court that they saw the GF there, cigarette smoking, and SIL present all wile child was with father.

When you prove your allegations the court can make a finding of contempt.

Yes, you can ask for your fees and costs.
