Default Expungement of Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity

My question involves criminal records for the state of: California

I am wondering if NGRI will stay on the record?
Specifically if the person is out of the State Hospital and her sanity is restored.
(crime is felony internet-stalking, non violent but nevertheless disturbing by it persistence)
    Thanks

The disposition remains on the record unless she applies for an expungement. Records do not automatically clear themselves.
