    Default My Employer is Bankrupt

    My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: ct
    When a company is in a repayment plan is there a way to find out if they are doing well ie making the payments?

    You can check the public records relating to the bankruptcy at the courthouse, or for a fee you can use the online PACER system.
