FalconFour, I would recommend that you at least try to write your DMV and copy the court and your legislators to see if you can get that suspension taken off the record. Maybe someone will see that the punishment does not fit the crime and that the record is unfairly prohibiting you from being a productive member of society. It doesn't hurt to try. Good luck.
