I am 49 years old, a legal resident since 1987. This year I want to submit my application for citizenship, but I am concern about the following:
In 1990 I was arrested and finger printed for soliciting sex for exchange of money and I was given a citation to appear in court. During my appearance in court I got reprimanded and given community service and was told the charges was a misdemeanor. This is the only incident I have in my record.
My question is:
How will this effect my us citizenship application or if I am going to get the citizenship at all.?
