How to Get Child Support

My question involves child support in the State of: Pennsylvania. Butler County.

I recently got custody of all 3 of my children. I have filed for child support. I have had 2 hearings where dad did not show. They will not issue an order nor issue a bench warrant. We know where he is. He just will not accept mail. Therefore, Domestic Relations is unable to establish an address. They say it is out of thier hands, since they can not establish an income or address and the last known employment was 3 years ago. Any advice?

Apparently, your ex has not been legally served with a petition for CS, correct?

If he hasn't been legally served, all you can do is keep trying to have him served.

If he has been served, you can request a default order be issued using imputed income of at least min. wage.
