    Default International Travel After Probation

    Hi,
If after immigration conviction in the U.S., Probation is completed and dismissed, can one be approved by the USCIS since I provided all the Police documentation during the interview? Interview for I-485 was granted, and ever since 2006, I have been waiting for a decision. This is the only offence committed since I arrived in the States. What's your take on this? Please help.
    thanks

If you've completed ALL terms of your probation, you're usually fine to travel after.

Depending on your conviction, though, it's really a good idea to contact an attorney.
