    Default Adverse Possession in Pennsylvania

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Pa
I found out within the last month that i should get my property surveyed from a B neighbor because a fence I rolled out wasn't rolled out where my property line was, I had cut it off because my A neighbor never said anything. Survey and my deed say this property is mine, but the existing fence I rolled out along the existing fence line and my A neighbor never said a word-my B neighbor said her( A neighbor) yard is your property because she moved in 11 years after us and 11 years before you and the fence went a different direction. Does she have a claim of adverse possession ? She knew this property was mine when I moved in and never said roll the fence this way not that and kept her mouth shut.

Restate that clearly. Your new fence is now in place? Consistent with the property line?
